Occurred on April 28, 2020 / Saratoga Springs, Utah, USA Info from Licensor: "I was out for a drive in my Lotus Elise. From what I can tell, it looks like one of the front latches was not inserted correctly. When I hit about 60ish the roof flew off. Luckily nobody was injured and no damage was caused other than the roof."
