Info from Licensor: "I was planning to hold back behind him but then a shoulder opened up and he moved over, which I took as him letting me pass. As I pass, he turns to take the street to the left. His front tire hits my bumper, his helmet hits the side view mirror before going into a shallow ditch. We confirm he’s not seriously injured, just some scrapes. He says it was his fault and agreed that he gave me an indication to pass. He was focusing on the oncoming traffic and normally hears traffic behind him but didn't in this case. We check his bike and it’s not noticeably damaged. He was about 25 miles from home, but planned to continue his ride. Nice guy, we shook hands a couple of times."
