Info from Licensor: "I recorded this video after I noticed cops blocking all intersections in front of me and behind me and as I started to realize what was going on I heard the screaming of the Range Rovers engine so I just started recording and I was just as surprised as everyone else to see not only was it a car speeding from the cops but it was also towing a boat."
