This video is an emotional video account of the mass destruction including entire homes, boats, mobile homes, etc being carried through the raging waters as both Wixom and Sanford Lakes emptied out through the dams, as the residents watched in horror. Governor Whitmore has announced that the state will investigate and prosecute to the full extent of the law, the owner of the dams, Boyce Hydro for their 20-year history of alleged negligence and lack of ordered repairs."
