Info from Licensor: "My brother Benjamin and I were filling our live well with lake water on Seneca Lake. Ben noticed a white object in the water approximately one mile away. I looked through binoculars and saw a capsized kayak with the pilot in the water struggling. We motored to him and I threw a life ring to him, he was screaming. Ben got on the back of the swim deck and grabbed him as he was going under. We pulled him on deck and covered him with blankets and headed to the nearest dock and called 911.EMS came and took him to Schuyler Co. Hospital. I was also admitted to the hospital for observation and released."
