Info from Licensor: "The demolition of a building by excavation at Esquimalt Road and Head Street, Esquimalt, British Columbia, Canada. The sidewalk and roadway were not blocked off and there was a close call or a near miss when a pedestrian walked past as the building collapsed. The pedestrian did not appear to be injured."
