Info from Licensor: "About 2 years ago I and my friends were sitting inside when we thought we heard a tank coming down the road but it ended up being this plastered old lady who was driving in circles so we followed her and called the cops, then tried talking to her to distract her from driving away until the cops showed up. She put a spare key in and revved her car up in neutral so the cop pulled her out. She was arrested if not obvious."
