Info from Licensor: "Buddy Holly is a special kitty with Cerebellar Hypoplasia. He gets very excited for meals and his behavior shows that excitement in this video! He has a special feeding chute that holds him in place and allows him to eat a bit easier than he would without it. He’s “running” to his special feeding spot to get his food in the video, but runs/stumbles right past it in his excitement and has to be given help to get in."
