Info from Licensor: I was ice fishing at Fifty Point marina and tried to lift a brown trout out of ice hole with only fishing line. The line snapped and I dove into the hole after the fish, pinning it below the ice for a moment before it swam off, resulting in no fish and a wet, cold arm.
