Info from Licensor: "This was about 1/4 miles from Wilcox Hospital, Kauai. He ran away from the hospital and someone tried to catch him but his hospital gown was ripped off in the process. He successfully escaped and decided to cool off in this puddle. He was arrested shortly later."
