Info from Licensor: "A fender bender turned water hazard. Two vehicles collide at a four way intersection in Los Angeles, leading to classic water hydrant fiasco. Pressure from the hydrant keeps one car elevated in the air, while the streets flood. No injuries were witnessed. Approaching the accident, it was not immediately apparent that there were cars involved and we initially thought it was just a hydrant gone wrong."
