Info from Licensor: "My twins, myself and a friend went to watch the sunrise at the Outer Banks Beach. Upon leaving at about 7 am, I saw a bear cub near the road and decided to stop and videotape it. I had never seen a wild bear before. We waited a moment to see if there was a Mama bear around, then left after the bear was back off the road."
