Info from Licensor: "My Daughter Whitney and I were traveling north on the Florida Turnpike around mile marker 86 when we passed a semi-truck that had slammed on the brakes. When we passed we saw that a man was on the hood of the truck smashing the windshield with his fist. We slowed down and the truck passed us doing 60+ mph with the guy on the hood. My daughter said in the video, here he comes. We called 911 and the FHP pulled them over several miles down the road as we passed them again. There were several attempts by the driver of the semi to shake the guy off the hood as we followed behind."
