Info from Licensor: "In Nadym (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations prevented the fall of a child who was looking out of the open window of an apartment on the sixth floor. It turned out that the baby was left unattended. Passers-by noticed a 3–5-year-old child who leaned out of the apartment window and called rescuers."
