Info from Licensor: "On a very cold and rainy night, a more humble gentleman took off a wool vest he was wearing and dressed the white dog at the Paiol tube station in Curitiba. The dog was all wet and very cold, and in seeing this scene, sir stranger sheltered the dog with his vest."
