Info from Licensor: "The author of the video with his common-law wife is riding a parachute in the village of Lazarevskoye. A strong gust of wind broke the cable. According to safety regulations, the attraction should not have worked in such windy weather. After this incident, all such attractions immediately stopped working. The author kept shooting the video until the end, for fear of an successful outcome and the video could serve as evidence."
