Info from Licensor: "My supervisor and I heard the kitten meowing. We thought maybe the kitten and mother lived down there. After 2 days my boss called the city to no avail on Thursday afternoon. On Friday he was determined not to give up. He called at 8 am, sure enough, 40 min later, the fire department showed up and after about 10 minutes they rescued the Kitten. The kitten had run and was in the water so the yellow blanket was needed to dry it. My boss adopted it and named it April."
