Occurred on October 5, 2020 / Olympia, Washington, USA
Info from Licensor: I had a rough interaction with a man at 'Above and Beyond Auto Care' in Olympia, while I was attempting to go to the Good Life Health Food store. His tires were blocking the only accessible ramp onto the sidewalk.
But apparently, it is rude for me to ask him, the owner of said tires to move them...
Also, notice said yelling person was not wearing a mask! I have PTSD and it took me several minutes to realize I needed to record this incident.
The 'Above and Beyond Auto Care' shop had a sign on it saying 'One customer at a time' with a Ring doorbell beside it. Since there was a customer in the shop, I rang the bell and waited. I rang it again. I waited.
Finally, the other customer comes out (also, not wearing a mask?!) And opened the door. I thanked him. He went to the counter and helped me explain the situation.
When he first came out, this man said it was 'his ramp' and he didn't have to allow anyone using any other business in the strip mall to use the ramp.
It was then I felt it needed to be recorded. I got out my phone.
Here's what happened next.
