Info from Licensor: "This was taken on Sat 09/17/20 at Marina Jacks Basin, in Sarasota, FL where all the large yachts are in dock slips. The man driving the boat is a deckhand named Brendan. He had no permission to take the boat out of the slip. They never got out of the basin. He was arrested while laughing and charged. He hit at least 4 other yachts, several wood pilings, ripped off the bow pulpit, ran aground causing the shaft to leak and the boat to take on water, damaged the seawall and 2 docks, among the other damage caused to the large yachts by wake.
