Info from Licensor: "The man in the red shirt was letting his elderly father drive the when he lost control and slid into the boy's legs. The boy was standing about ankle-deep in the water. 3 minutes late the boy was running around laughing. Red shirt gathered his things and left, after which one of the ladies filed a police report."
