Info from Licensor: "Two months prior to the video, my grandma and I went to Lowe’s and found a Bissel Crosswave pet pro on clearance. I was so excited. It has been all over the internet. So we bought it. Then one month later I tried to configure the device and was having trouble getting the reservoirs out. Well, another month went by and my grandma noticed that we got tricked and sold a non-functioning display instead of the real one."
