Info from Licensor: "This is my husband (Doug) and son (Ty) saving some puppies. It was extremely cold outside that day and we knew they wouldn't make it through the night if we didn't get them out. The culvert was somewhat buried in the ground with Debris and was made of metal so it was extremely heavy. So, my husband, Doug decided he'd just make a tool to save them. I thought he was a dumbass but it worked. He used PVC pipe and a pair of deer horns duct-taped on (like a hook) to reach those babies. They're all healthy and doing well. Just some Arkansas folks doing their thing."
