Rescuing a Florida SnakeBird from a Strap Tied to a Branch

Info from Licensor: A Florida SnakeBird got it's beak fully stuck on some kind of strap that was tied to a branch. The bird was desperate to get free but she couldn't do it by herself. Passersby saw the bird struggling from a distance and noticed something was not right. When approached, they noticed the bird was stuck. The rescuers used pliers and scissors to carefully cut the strap without hurting the bird. In the end, the bird got freed and even seemed grateful as it stood near the rescuers for a while.
