Mountain Lion Chirps Outside of Neighbor's Front Porch

Info from Licensor: "At 9:42pm on Monday December 14th, 2020 I saw a mountain lion in my residential neighborhood in "The Trails" in Westlake Village, California. He didn't appear to be afraid of me and sat on the front porch of a neighbor's house and started "chirping."The local police department was called and arrived at the scene, but the mountain lion disappeared into the neighborhood. It did not appear to have a tracking collar on like the other ones do in the local Santa Monica Mountain area."
