Info from Licensor: "I came over a moose calf carcass in the forest close to my home. It was in the summer time, and it was the day when all the maggots came out of the carcass. The maggots were covering the whole carcass, and I thought it looked a bit like snow. It was disgusting, but fascinating. The carcass had such a terrible smell that I got smell hallucinations in the evening. But at the same time it was something beautiful with seeing it, knowing that the maggots are doing an important job to clean up in nature, and that they themselves are food for a lot of other animals. I went back the next day, and the next, until the third day. Then nearly all the maggots had disappeared, and the bones were cleaned."
