Info from Licensor: "Massive cliff collapse at Torrey Pines Stat Beach in New Years Eve. No one hurt, but it’s a huge warning for people who walk near the cliffs. Several local San Diego News channels have been given permission to use the video, but my language was very specific that they could only use it locally and on social media for the local channel only."
