Dirt Bikes and Quads Going the Wrong Way Over the Bay Bridge

Info from Licensor: "I was driving into San Francisco when I saw dozens of vehicles barreling against the flow of traffic, going the completely wrong way on the Bay Bridge. They had taken over an entire lane, and a few of them were weaving through cars. I was shocked. The eastbound lanes of the bridge are actually situated underneath the westbound where I was and where this occurred, so it didn’t make any sense to me. I thought they would definitely crash."
