Info from Licensor: "The video is of a train of Inland Bag-moth caterpillars that were crossing a newly graded dirt road. I saw the train as I drove past and initially thought it was a shredded snakeskin. I went back to check when I realized that it couldn’t be a snakeskin because the road graders would have buried a skin and that whatever it was had come onto the road in the past 30 minutes or so after the graders went past. I left as soon as the train reached the other side of the road."
