Info from Licensor: This video is of my dog Toby and I. It was filmed at my house on February 5th, 2021. I wanted to try and film me speaking gibberish to my dog because sometimes his reactions were funny if he's annoyed. Luckily, I happened to capture a good reaction. He was clearly upset, he pounded on the bed with his paws and howled at me to stop.
