Info from Licensor: "I was committed to a green light, driving over black ice when this happened, I felt bad for them. I helped the bike person up. Then told them to wait a minute, calm down and we can exchange info because of adrenaline and such. They replied in bad English 'no time something something' and then left. I had just replaced the bumper with a plastic one which shattered in the 6-degree weather. They probably would have been in the hospital if the OEM bumper was still installed."
