Info from Licensor: "In the tropical wet season in Darwin there is often not much to do as it rains, rains, rains. These young guys were spotted taking advantage of the wet weather by using a 4WD instead of a ski-boat to tow them while “scurfing” along a water-filled area beside a main road. Looks like a good way to spend the afternoon - and no crocodiles to worry about as there would be in most other local waterways in the area."
