Info from Licensor: "Due to the snowstorm that happened here in Texas, we lost power, water, and experienced rolling blackouts. My local Target was affected by this as well. I was driving behind the Target when I noticed many people grabbing items from these boxes. When I asked them what they were doing they told me that Target put all of their frozen/cold food out here to throw away. There were thousands of food products being thrown away. This happened in North Texas."
