Info from Licensor: "The recent Texas cold snap caused the water Temps to dip to very low levels for an extended period of time causing devastation to sea life in the Laguna Madre and all along the coast. This footage was filmed at my parent's house. We are now tasked with cleaning it all up. The smell is horrible."
