Conservatory Roof Randomly Cracks Before Collapsing

Info from Licensor: "It was VE day 2020. I was sitting relaxing in my conservatory when all of a sudden there was a loud bang. I looked up and saw a huge crack in the glass panel. A moment later that crack spread and the whole panel fell into the room with dramatic results. Literally minutes earlier I had been laid on the sofa below the panel."
