Info from Licensor: "Five-year-old Minti was a weekend away from a trip to a Mexican Slaughterhouse. We rescued him together with another Horse Rescue (HERD) He was gelded, went through quarantine, and then came to live at Aurelia's Animal Sanctuary in Jupiter. Minti has always been a character and we love watching him. 150,000 horses annually get shipped to Mexico for slaughter, for human consumption, or to make dog food. We try to save as many as we can, sometimes with the help of amazing donors."
