Info from Licensor: "While mum and daughter-in-law were cleaning the Tesla Model 3, on our countryside property driveway, Mum stood on the paving slabs that had been put there 20 years ago to cover up a drain manhole cover. After hundreds of people stepping on it over the years, it gave way and mum fell in. She grazed her thigh and bum but was otherwise uninjured."
