Info from Licensor: "My dad retired from the United States Navy, and he is always watching CNN. He said President Trump is going to start World War III by messing with the leader of North Korea. He thought the nuclear attack was real. He was ready to go back the Navy so he could fight. As for the casino remark he said that he thought we were all going to die. He said that he wouldn't have to pay any bills next month so he was going to take all his money to the casino and have some fun before he died."
