Info from Licensor: "I was driving a Peterbilt 389 loaded with 4,000 gallons of potable water (over 32,000 lbs) down the highway when somebody made an illegal u-turn right in front of me. I tried to swerve out of the way but still impacted the other car. Had I not swerved the other driver probably would have died."
