Info from Licensor: "I took the paddleboard out off Indian Rocks Beach. I thought I saw some dolphins and went back to shore to get my camera. When I got back out and turned on the video the manta ray was swimming towards my board, almost curiously checking it out. It was amazing to see such a gentle creature that close in the wild."
