Info from Licensor: This happened in the backyard of my house and neighbors after a severe storm. Large limbs fell, my neighbor had been drinking all day and decided to "trim the tree." Something told me to start recording so I immediately started recording and he fell seconds later. The video is totally unedited. I ran to his aid immediately. He was basically unharmed, was sore the following few days.
