Info: Dude was acting all crazy trying to jump in front of vehicles and yelling "hit me! hit me! why won't someone just hit me!" A plain clothes cop walked up with a tazer and the crazy guy says "you got somethin' to shoot me with?" Guy gets tased and drops, and two more cops come and help handcuff him and take him away without further incident. The whole thing happened rather quickly and everyone was gone within a few minutes.
