Info from Licensor: We were traveling from i10 to 410 at 2:11 pm on May 14, 2021. Gabriel told me to record this GMC truck that was swerving. He was trying to understand if they were texting or having medical issues. As we followed them up the ramp, the truck went into the wall, lost its entire rim and tire on the passenger side.
