Info from Licensor: "After hiking up about 2800ft of Mt Marathon in Seward, Alaska in late spring Brandt and myself (Starling) decided to see how fast we could hike/run back to the bottom. As we proceeded we encountered a long strip of soft snow that other hikers clearly had been glissading/sliding down. We decided to try it ourselves and experienced one of the longest, fastest, coldest slides down the side of a snowy mountain either of us had ever experienced."
