Info from Licensor: "I watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from managers drive in Waipahu hawaii. Aerial fireworks are illegal in Hawaii but it’s a tradition for the Hawaiian people to fire fireworks so we do it anyway. The best fireworks shows on island are always in Waipahu."
