Info from Licensor: "While closing the gate so I could leave, a segment of the gate became disconnected from the others and fell over once pulled out from the fence. I rushed to help pick the gate up but by the time I got there, my mom had already picked the heavy gate up all by herself. I then helped to guide it back onto its track along the fence for her."
