Info from Licensor: "2 years ago while I was in veterinary school, my dog and I were in my kitchen celebrating his birthday with some puppy ice cream. A couple close friends were also there. I put candles in the ice cream and asked Cody (my dog) to blow them out which he did successfully. Everyone started cheering for him."
