Info from Licensor: "I had arrived at work when I noticed an elderly distressed woman in the locked section of the car park. I approached her and asked if she needed help, she was confused about how she got in there and was stressed about missing an appointment. My work colleague walked past and I asked her to help hold the chain up so the lady could drive underneath it. Once she was free, she unexpectedly stopped her car in the middle of the road and gave us a big hug to say Thank you, before exclaiming all she wanted was a burger for brekkie before her appointment."
