Info from Licensor: My son was turning 13 and got a balloon bouquet with an edible arrangement. He put the balloon in his room but later forgot about it. When he went to get ready for bed, the balloon got caught in the fan and scared my son. He then yelled "turn the fan off" as he was running to turn the fan off.
