Info from Licensor: Sirius finally had a baby brother, after 5 years alone, and he was so excited when he met him that he wanted to play with him right away! Except he had never played with a puppy and did not know what to do other than spin around the room like he does with his toys. It was so funny! After that we had to teach him that he can play with him and teach him dog things, they became best friends right away and now they can't part, Chopper (the puppy) can't sleep if he doesn't feel Sirius with him.
