He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological condition that affects his coordination and balance, giving him his signature moves. Why does he always prance like the happiest dog on the planet? Because he is the happiest dog on the planet, and because he's an absolute rockstar! He couldn't walk without falling over when he was little, so with time and love and practice he's now learned how to prance like a pony. It's his way of moving with all the happiness and love he has inside!
